Welcome to Phoenix Luxe. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Kindly read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Information

All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and material characteristics, actual product colours, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from those shown online.

All listed dimensions are approximate. Minor differences may occur due to fabric properties, manual cutting, or handcrafted finishing.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Phoenix Luxe. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability.

If there are issues related to stock, pricing, or production, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer. Prices do not include government-imposed taxes such as SST, unless stated otherwise. Phoenix Luxe does not currently collect SST.

We reserve the right to revise prices, promotional offers, shipping rates, and payment terms at any time without prior notice. The final price shown at checkout reflects the amount payable.

4. Custom Orders

All custom-made products are final sale. Once confirmed and paid, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except in the following cases:

• The delivered product contains significant manufacturing defects.
• The product specifications (e.g., size, type, design) are materially incorrect.
• The item is damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Minor variations in colour tone, fabric texture, weaving, pattern placement, or stitching are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and do not qualify as defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Phoenix Luxe website — including but not limited to logos, designs, product images, text, downloadable guides, and original reports — is the exclusive intellectual property of Phoenix Luxe and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or redistribution of content for commercial or personal purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Liability

Phoenix Luxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability, under any circumstance, is strictly limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.

7. Modifications to Terms

Phoenix Luxe reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Digital Products

All digital products sold by Phoenix Luxe — including but not limited to Energy Forecast Blueprints, Birthdate Reports, Home Energy Guides, and other personalised PDF files — are delivered via email or direct download upon order completion.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All digital products are final sale and strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once delivered.
• You are purchasing a non-tangible, custom-made product that cannot be cancelled or resold.
• You waive the right to request a refund, initiate a dispute, or file a chargeback after delivery.
• You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout.
• You have reviewed the product description and fully accepted the terms before placing your order.

9. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal details submitted for personalised digital products — including date, time, and place of birth — are accurate and complete.

Phoenix Luxe will not be held liable for results or interpretations based on incorrect information provided by the customer.

If an error is discovered after delivery, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Provide one complimentary revision if the correction is minor and submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
• Require a new order if the revised information leads to a materially different report.

11. Energy Blueprint & Consultation Disclaimer

All energy-related digital products and consultations provided by Phoenix Luxe — including but not limited to the Birthdate Energy Blueprint, Yearly Energy Forecast Blueprint, Home Energy Optimization Guide, Life Path Insight Report, and Personal Energy Alignment Report — are intended for personal reflection and general informational purposes only.

They do not constitute medical, financial, or psychological advice, nor do they promise or guarantee any specific outcomes. Any decisions made based on these materials are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

We encourage all clients to interpret the content with personal discernment and to use it as a tool for self-awareness and intentional living — not as a deterministic or predictive system.

Addendum: Phoenix Seed Creative Design Services

These terms apply to all creative service projects under Phoenix Seed Creative, including but not limited to logo design (Seed Logo), website design (Soulfire Website), and namecard design (Soulflare Namecard).

12. Scope of Services

Phoenix Seed Creative offers custom visual identity services, including:

• Logo design (Seed Logo)
• Website design (Soulfire Website)
• Business card design (Soulflare Namecard)
• Other brand design and visual solutions upon agreement

13. Design Process & Revisions

Each project includes a fixed number of initial concept directions and revision rounds:

• Logo Design: Includes up to 2 concept directions, 3 rounds of refinement
• Website Design: Includes up to 5 pages, 2 full-round revisions, 3 minor adjustments
• Namecard Design: Includes up to 2 layout options, 2 revisions

Additional revision requests beyond the above will be billed separately, based on project scope.

14. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to initiate any design project.
• The remaining 50% is due before final file delivery.
• Payment can be made via Direct Bank Transfer (Malaysia only) or Credit/Debit Card.

15. Cancellation Policy

Once a project has started, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Phoenix Seed Creative reserves the right to bill for any additional time and work completed beyond the deposit value in the event of cancellation.

16. File Delivery

Upon full payment, clients will receive:

• Final design files in AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, or other appropriate formats (for logo, namecard, etc.)
• Editable source files of the final approved design (e.g., AI for logo, PSD for namecard)
• Access to the completed WordPress website, including backend login credentials

Clients will be granted full access to the backend of the completed WordPress website. However, any plugins that require a paid license or subscription must be purchased and maintained by the client. Phoenix Seed Creative is not responsible for the purchase, renewal, or management of any third-party plugins.

Once the website has been handed over, Phoenix Seed Creative will not be liable for any issues, crashes, or malfunctions caused by plugin updates, new plugin installations, or changes made by the client or any third party.

Please note that internal working files, drafts, full layout compositions, or design structures beyond the final approved version may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

Optional website maintenance or troubleshooting support is available upon request and may be subject to separate service fees.

All files are delivered via email or secure download link.

We are committed to making file delivery as smooth and accessible as possible for every client.

17. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, clients receive non-exclusive rights to use the final approved design.
• All unused drafts and original concept artwork remain the copyright of Phoenix Seed Creative.
• Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or modified for third-party use without written consent.
